SupportThe Support pages have restricted access. Please contact the helpdesk to request an account. All EuroSim customers have access by default using the provided password for website access. This includes potential customers with an evaluation license.
For EuroSim customers a range of support features are available. Your question may already be answered in our frequently asked questions list, or papers & presentations available via this web page. For your convenience you can also access manuals of the latest as well as older releases
If you have purchased maintenance with your product, you can call the EuroSim help desk for all your questions. (A warranty period of three months is included with every product purchase). Via the help desk you can also request a product upgrade, which service is included for free with a maintenance contract. (see Roadmap)
