Product SupportEuroSim Customer SupportMaintenance Each customer automatically receives a 3 months free warranty after installation of EuroSim. In addition to this warranty, maintenance contracts can be agreed on a yearly basis. The scope of the maintenance contract is described on the page entitled ´EuroSim Help Desk, Upgrades and User Groups´. The standard maintenance price per year will be 20% of the standard license price. Consultancy The wide variety of possible tasks means that consultancy support will be customised according to specific project needs in close consultation with the EuroSim user. It is expected that in most cases, consultancy support will be given at the customer´s site. A consultancy contract will be charged on a time and material basis. Training Training can take place at either Dutch Space premises or at the customers premises. A range of training courses are available, please see the Training page to identify which course you need to obtain your goals. The courses are performed using a EuroSim live USB stick containing the latest EuroSim release, as well as all course materials. Each student receives a personal USB stick, which at the end of the course will contain all materials as well as performed exercises. The stick allows the student to revisit courseware and rerun exercises on any computer at any time using EuroSim in demo mode. Classes are provided at a cost of 2k Euro a day, plus travel costs if the course is to take place at the customer´s site. The number of persons varies per course, and subject to a maximum of 2 participants per workstation. When ordering the full set of courses, some tailoring is possible to further accomodate customer needs. Please contact the consortium to optimize training to your needs. In the case of one or more individuals attending a course, a price of 500 Euro/day per attendee is payable. Such courses will be organised according to demand; a minimum number of 4 participants is required. It is expected that such courses will take place at Dutch Space, Leiden.
