MaintenanceEach customer automatically receives a 3 months free warranty after installation of EuroSim. In addition to this warranty, maintenance contracts can be agreed on a yearly basis. The scope of the maintenance contract is described on the page entitled ´EuroSim Help Desk, Upgrades and User Groups´. The standard maintenance price per year will be 20% of the standard license price. ConsultancyThe wide variety of possible tasks means that consultancy support will be customised according to specific project needs in close consultation with the EuroSim user. It is expected that in most cases, consultancy support will be given at the customer´s site. A consultancy contract will be charged on a time and material basis. TrainingA range of training courses are available, please see the Training page to identify which course you need to obtain your goals. Customers can either purchase their own private class, or have their employees participate in classes organized by the consortium. The advantage of private classes is that it is easier to plan dates that fit the customer needs, as well as they can be tailored to the customer´s needs. EuroSim consortium organized classes take place when sufficient participants have listed themselves for a specific course. The maximum number of persons varies per course (see the individual training course descriptions). Higher numbers can be achieved when trainees work in teams of two. For private classes, training can take place at either Dutch Space premises or at the customers premises. Experience shows that the optimal solution is to have the foundation, developer and runtime course at Dutch Space. In this case the course includes expert sessions, where experienced users present how they applied EuroSim in larger projects. The specialist courses for integration of external software applications and hardware can then follow at a later time at the customer premises. Especially when the complete training program is purchased, it should be noted that these courses are intensive and breaking this up in two sessions is both for trainees as for teachers the optimal solution.Private classes are provided at a cost of 2000 Euro per day. Travel costs and expenses will be added if the course is to take place at the customer´s site. For private classes tailoring is possible to further accomodate customer needs. Please contact the consortium to optimize training to your needs. In the case of one or more individuals attending a course, a price of 500 Euro/day per attendee is payable. Such courses will be organised according to demand; a minimum number of four participants is required. It is expected that such courses will take place at Dutch Space, Leiden. Please contact the consortium to express your interest. * The Windows-version does not support Hard Real-Time (multi-processor)
