EuroSim Consultancy

In some cases customers want support beyond that what is offered under maintenance. This for instance can be related to analysing the application of the customer, determining the timing and interface requirements and advising the optimal configuration of soft- and hardware. Also occuring is the purchase of additional support hours to have EuroSim engineers help determining and solving problems in the customers unique EuroSim application.

The consultancy service can be provided on customers site and may also include that the experienced engineer from the EuroSim consortium work with the customers team to provide on the job training and jointly build the customers application. EuroSim consultancy contracts are the service provided to cover addiional customer specific support. These contracts take the form of a package of hours, with expenses related to travel.
